Dear 25Dates.com,

I just wanted to drop you a note about this event I attended back in March. I was originally scheduled for a different event in May but you had written me asking if I was free for this March event instead.

I attended the event in March and met someone there (Mark #23 - ha!).

I wanted to let you know that Mark and I are getting married in 5 1/2 weeks. Mark surprised me with all these paper hearts at the cottage (see photo), all with nice messages - luckily I didn't see the "Will you Marry Me" one, or the ring, until the end!

We are so happy that we found each other and that you initiated the meeting by suggesting I attend this alternative date.

It is strange how things can come together and I wanted to thank you for your part and let you know I think these events are a really amazing way of meeting people and getting connected. I'm all for getting people out meeting each other and not staying at home shopping for someone "on-line". I was really surprised how many nice men were at the event - it was really great.

I think it is important to share success stories as you really can meet someone special - you just have to make the effort of signing up for an event - and who knows what will unfold!
